<div dir="ltr">Dear all,<div><br></div><div>I've been given some 3D tagged MR data in the Philips par/rec format and I'd need to read them using itk.</div><div><br></div><div>These images have both the magnitude (image_type_mr = 0) and phase information (image_type_mr = 3) over several cardiac phases (e.g. 44).</div>
<div><br></div><div>As far as I've understood, the <span style="color:rgb(0,0,0);font-family:Geneva,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;text-align:center">itkPhilipsRECImageIO class does not read this kind of images. Am I right? Could you please point me in right direction to overcome this issue?</span></div>
