[ITK] 3D Sobel implementation

Hello,

In the documentation of SobelOperator (
http://www.itk.org/Doxygen/html/classitk_1_1SobelOperator.html) the
original technical report by Irwin Sobel is mentioned: "Irwin Sobel. An
Isotropic 3x3x3 Volume Gradient Operator. Technical report, Hewlett-Packard
Laboratories, April 1995."

This paper is nowhere to be found online and ITK is basically the only
place that refers to it. Could anyone please provide this paper to me? I
would really like to clarify some moments in the derivation of the operator.
