[ITK] I wonder if "The ITK Software Guide Book2" has lost some pages

Hi guys,
I am reading "The ITK Software Guilde Book,Version 4.8", I found in the page 57, section 2.2 Edge Detection, Canny Edge Detection only has half page contents. Do the auto generation occur some errors? Or it should be look like this....
