[ITK] [ITK-users] cannot find -lITKNumerics

Is this an old project? It sounds like the cmakelists.txt was based on
ITK3.2

try removing those modules on the cmakelists or, better, check the latest
versions of itk examples' cmakelists.txt and compare it to yours.
