[Cmb-users] LFS for data in CMB landing today

Hi,

Unless there are any objections, I'll be merging the LFS data conversion
into CMB today. This will require a rerun of the developer setup script
once it has been merged. All new baseline images should go into CMB
while test data currently comes in through SMTK.
