[Cmb-users] OpenGL2 Support in CMB

Hi Guys,

Good news is that things compile and run using OpenGL2.

The bad news is that so far I’ve encountered 2 relatively important bugs:

1. Coincident Rendering options either have changed or no longer works.  I’m seeing lines under polygons and vertices under lines.
2. Color by entity seems royally broken.  I get:
Unknown input Scalar Type
