We took a look at CMB during our meeting at NCSA this past week. It looks very promising for a lot of workflow issues. I had a couple of questions myself, and I'll let Pat and Vijay add their own, should they choose to. - What exactly are you looking at in an h5m file? Are you looking at a CGM generated geometry? For example, the attached file has a bunch of hexes in it, but they don't seem to be displayed. What are we missing? - One of the things to come out of the past couple of days is a new suite of Python bindings, directly to MOAB. This is to replace - and hopefully exceed - the PyTAPS bindings. Is this something the CMB is interested in? If so, in what capacity? Thanks! The manual appears at: http://cmb.readthedocs.org/ or http://cmb.rtfd.org/ (if you are feeling lazy). The branch is at: gitlab.kitware.com/dcthomp/cmb/commits/read-the-docs Because of gitlab and buildbot permissions, the version at readthedocs.org is only updated when I push changes to that branch of my fork. I have a request in to the sysadmin team asking how to integrate the required webhook. Once it's in place, the manual will be updated with each merge to master (and/or other branches, once we set release branches up). If you are anxious to correct any of the documentation I fiddled with, please submit a MR against the read-the-docs branch in dcthomp/cmb. The owners (and masters?) of the project have permission to add web hooks, so sysadmin isn't strictly necessary here. I replied in that thread. > If you are anxious to correct any of the documentation I fiddled with, > please submit a MR against the read-the-docs branch in dcthomp/cmb. You can only open MRs against the project you forked directly, so this is likely not easily done. --Ben
