The use of --target is documented as part of the<span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span><a href="https://cmake.org/cmake/help/git-master/manual/cmake.1.html#build-tool-mode" class="">Build Tool Mode</a><span class="Apple-converted-space"> </span>section, but it seems you've already figured out that part.
