[CMake] question ? [cmake could not find a include_dir]

Hello,

I am trying to build from source an application.
I add in cmake-gui : XIOT_INCLUDE_DIR - path do include dir
When I compile on linux ...
It gives me an error:

Do you have any idea ?
What could be a problem?

I would appreciate for any help.
