Rebuilt for 18.04 and verified to depend on libcurl4. The new package version is "3.14.1-0kitware1ubuntu18.04.1".

Unfortunately libcurl3 conflicts with libcurl4, and I need to keep the later installed for packages that depend on it. The Ubuntu-provided CMake package appears to be built against libcurl4.

packages can be installed with apt-get, just like other Ubuntu
