[CMake] Setting permissions with CPack/WiX installer

Can you please tell me the commands you used to run cpack? I did the following, which didn’t give the Permission elements.

cd cmake-wix-testsuite-master\properties
cmake -DCPACK_GENERATOR=WIX .
cpack -DCPACK_GENERATOR=WIX .
