[CMake] Android Cross Compilation with Xamarin

    Hi All!

    Wwe would like to set up a Android cross compilation project for
    Visual Studio using the Xamarin Framework.

    Could you please give us a few hints on what would be the best
    approach to achieve this?

    Another question is, why the NVidia Tegra Plugin is mandatory for
    Visual Studio and no self-provided NDK/Toolchain is supported when
    it comes to Visual Studio and Android development?
