[CMake] error during bootstrap in cygwin

hi All,I'm trying to run bootstrap in cygwin. I get the following error:19: error: ‘environ’ undeclared (first use in this function)   return ((int*)(&environ))[argc];                   ^~~~~~~What am I supposed to do?
