In the Toolchain file:
     set(CMAKE_SYSTEM_NAME dSPACE)

     list(APPEND CMAKE_MODULE_PATH ${CMAKE_CURRENT_LIST_DIR})

     ...

Then having Platform/dSPACE.cmake next to your toolchain file should 
work (works for me).
