[CMake] CMake Tools for Visual Studio 1.4 Released!

I'm pleased to announce that I've release version 1.4 of my Visual Studio
extension for CMake, which provides syntax highlighting and IntelliSense.
This release adds support for Visual Studio 2015 and CMake 3.4.  It is
available from the project web site at http://cmaketools.codeplex.com.
