[CMake] New to cmake and I have a problem.

Hi:

I need to add an 'S' to the ar flags.  Now, I have found that I can edit
the link.txt file but,
this is not a real solution.  I am certain there is a way to do this with
the CMakeCache.txt file.
I just don't see how.  Any help would be appreciated.
