[CMake] Xcode Runpath problem

Ok, I escaped the string as "\"~/Library/Application 
Support/MyTarget/Plugins\"", and then it comes out OK to the linker.

However... it doesn't work. Dylib dependencies are not found, whereas in 
the Xcode IDE, they are! :( :( :(

About to jump from a very high place. Help ?
