[CMake] Mastering CMake updated to CMake 3.1

Will the excerpted CMake tutorial [1] be updated? I find that to be a
useful reference to point newcomers to. If nothing else, it looks like the
source code didn't handle the move to the updated website well as all
angle-bracket includes got eaten as HTML tags presumably.
