[CMake] Regarding CMake usage in creating User Defined Functions in mysql on windows OS

Hello community !

I am presently going through the steps in here
https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/5.0/en/udf-compiling.html for creating UDF
.The points with which i am concerned are numbered as 1 , 2 , 3 ....  at
the end of the above link .Can you guide me how to go ahead with the 4 , 5
and 6 steps where CMake is being used. Sorry if i am asking a very silly
question, the problem is i am novice with regard to CMake.
