[CMake] Rename target RUN_TESTS

For windows Visual Studio using CMake with google test, one of the complaints my team has, is the project name "RUN_TESTS" gets lost in the numerous projects.

Is there a CMake command to "rename" a target?

We would like to name it "ALL_RUN_TEST"
