[CMake] CMake Tools for Visual Studio 1.1 RC1 Available

I just put out the first release candidate of CMake Tools for Visual Studio
1.1.  This release will add support for CMake 2.8.12 and Visual Studio 2013.
It also contains a number of minor enhancements and bug fixes.  It is
available for download from the project web site at
http://cmaketools.codeplex.com.  Enjoy!
