[CMake] Support for building of OCaml software?

Hi Markus,

There is a lot of work to be done to have OCaml fully integrated to CMake.
You can find different CMake modules to compile OCaml executables on the
Web. I recently put my scripts on github:
https://github.com/ocaml-cmake/ocaml-cmake.
