[CMake] cmake doc doesn't mention DESTDIR?

I was going to write a big post about how cmake doesn't support DESTDIR
( http://www.gnu.org/prep/standards/html_node/DESTDIR.html ),
but then I double checked, and it's even in the FAQ:

Why had I never noticed it before?  I'm not the only one, it seems;
http://www.itk.org/Bug/view.php?id=12374 complains about it being
missing from the doc.

As far as I can tell, it's still not documented.
Should that bug be reopened?  Or has there simply been no release
since the fix was merged?
