[CMake] Making CPack Skip the NSIS Installer License Screen

In http://www.cmake.org/pipermail/cmake/2009-April/029018.html, a patch was offered to suppress the license screen in NSIS installers generated by CPack.  As of 2.8.4, that patch hasn't been incorporated.  Is it available in a later version?
