[CMake] Experimental builds not always shown in CDash

I checked the logs from the web server which looks fine.

I also have a look on the generated xml files (Update, Submit, ...), these looks also good.

The LastSubmit file shows "successfully sent".

The CDash remains empty, no experimental build
