[CMake] ExternalData on unmounted Windows shares?

That should be SHA256, not SHA26.

Is the mount available without any required credentials?
Load it in explorer as

 \\127.0.0.1\shared$\SHA256

first to be sure.

It is.  Meanwhile you can just put in a dummy URL template.
