[CMake] Generator Toolset fails

Hello, I'm trying to generate a Visual Studio 11 solution using v100
toolset and it is failing to compile a test program:

I run cmake -G "Visual Studio 11 Win64" -T "v100" <path to source>

It then lists the devenv.com usage parameters:

devenv [solutionfile | projectfile | anyfile.ext] [switches]

And so on. Finally:

  CMake will not be able to correctly generate this project.
