[CMake] Linux lib linkage(-lxxx) prefix on Windows

Hello!
I have strange problem, can't figure out it. I use:

target_link_libraries(target xxx)

Ans then I have
10>LINK : warning LNK4044: unrecognized option '/lxxx.lib'; ignored

In solutions there are -l prefixes...
