[CMake] JOM Makefile generation issue

This is the python statement I am trying to execute on my Windows box
just in case:

subprocess.call(["cmake", "-GNMake Makefiles JOM",
"-DCMAKE_MODULE_PATH=" + os.environ["CMAKE_MODULE_PATH"].replace("\\",
"/"), os.path.pardir if len(sys.argv) == 1 else sys.argv[1]])
