[CMake] WEC7 Hello world

I see there is some support for Windows Embedded Compact in the new release
candidate (2.8.10-rc1). I am new to CMake, and have no idea how to cross
compile with CMake for CE7 (Other than using VS2008)... 

Step 1: Starting with a HelloWorld.cpp that compiles with CMake for VS2008,
x86, Windows 7. (OK)
Step 2: Like to change this to let CMake create project files for VS2008,
ARMv4I, WEC7. (??)

Hope someone has some pointers.
