[CMake] "CMake and Friends" course at Kitware

Hi all,

Next Wednesday, October 10, is the early registration deadline for the 
November 7th "CMake and Friends" course. The one day, on-site course on 
November 7th introduces how you can use the open-source software process 
tools employed by VTK, ITK, ParaView, and many other projects in order 
to quickly and easily build and test your own software projects in a 
heterogeneous computing environment.
