[CMake] Ninja generator is Linux-only?

There was a long discussion about the limitations of ninja on each platform on the mailing list just before the last release. That is where the decisions were made to limit ninja to Linux only at this point.

That last thread was on April 17, 2012 with the title "Re: [CMake] CMake Ninja generator issues: any showstoppers?"
