[CMake] Code Coverage results problem

Code coverage results are being posted to our dashboard, but when clicking on the link we get this error:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 777502 bytes) in /var/www/html/CDash-svn/viewCoverage.php on line 348

Does anyone have an idea of what's going on here?
