[CMake] cmake 2.8.2 doesn't build on suse 9.3

Hi,

For some reason bootstrap on a plain SuSE 9.3 fails to find sys/wait.h.

Manually defining HAVE_SYS_WAIT_H to 1 in config.h allows cmake and friends to be built.
