[CMake] CMake 2.8.1 RC 4 is ready to try

After investigating with Bill it looks like I can only reproduce the bug
if I build CMake 2.8.1 RC 4 using CMake 2.6.4 ***GUI***.

If I use command line only or if I use 2.8.1 to build 2.8.1
there is no problem.

This looks like a bug in cmake-gui 2.6.4.
