[CMake] Bug fix requests for the *next* release of CMake...

Thanks to Alex this should be fixed in next.

What about those? All these come with patches. What about just merging them 
_now_ so they get some testing? More than half of the time estimated to the 
rc1 is already gone. I can understand that the other items which actually 
require some debugging are not handled, but what stops those with patches? At 
least they should be clearly rejected if they will not be merged.
