[CMake] Best practices when using CMake 2.6 and Eclipse CDT 6.0

As I said in my previous post, we are loosing the version control
information using the method 1 (CDT4 generator).

I do not really know if it is an Eclipse problem or CMake problem. It would
be nice to have some answers from the CMake developers.

Anyone could give us some clues?
