[CMake] Changed lib name for jpeg?

I'm not sure of the pedigree of the copy of jpeg.lib that I use on
Windows machines, but my copy is named "jpeg.lib" and not "libjpeg.lib".
I also have zlib.lib and pnglib.lib, not libz or libpng as I would
expect on a Unix machine.
