[CMake] Qt find package location

Just to be clear on that, I know QT_QMAKE_EXECUTABLE is a CMake  
variable but is there a corresponding environment variable for that?

or should be we doing cmake -DQT_QMAKE_EXECUTABLE:PATH=/usr/local/qt/ 
bin/qmake ../
