[CMake] CDT Unix make file

Certainly, I added the note and clean up the Eclipse CDT4 generator
page. Someone should rename this page to "Eclipse CDT Generator" since
the instructions work with CDT 5 too and it is best to keep updating
the wiki according to the latest version of CDT. Some users might find
the title to refer to CDT4 which might turn them away from useful
information.
