[CMake] Getting full console output on dashboard

Hi,

I am trying to get untruncated console output for a *passing* test on dashboard.

I found that I can do this with this line:

cout << "CTEST_FULL_OUTPUT" << endl;

in the source of my test. This doesn't seem to work -- the output is
still truncated.

My test is here:
