[CMake] CMake 2.8.0 built on OS X crashes on Startup.

Never mind, the Bundle Utilities with CMake 2.6.4 didn't copy the  
qt_menu.nib file. Doh. Rough day today..

Server me right for trying to use CMake to build CMake. I really  
should have caught that based on the problems I have had building  
ParaView correctly.

Ah well. Maybe next time.
