[CMake] Mac OS 10.6 i386 architecture

That is a serious bug then.  As I said, my memory is hazy, but I do
recall something about CMake doing something different if only 1 arch is
specified.  I wonder what happens on 10.5 if you only specify x86_64? 
I'm always building 4-way, so I haven't hit this...
