[CMake] cmake, VS2005 and manifests

Is there someway to programmatically, in the CMakeLists.txt file for
my project to turn off the embedding of manifest files? i.e. I'd like
to have separate manifest files.

In the gui this is done under project properties -> configuration
properties -> manifest tool -> input and ouput -> embed manifest to
"No". Except, of course, I don't want to have to this in the GUI after
each CMake run.
