[CMake] Path problem when building a jar file

It certainly does, thank you very much!

I too noticed that previously the jar was generated with a number of  
extra files in it too - looked like the CMake build machinery for that  
directory.

I'll add a note to the bug that confirms your workaround for my  
situation too.
