Works for me in a gentoo system. I'd only change the semantics of
Boost_USE_NONMULTITHREADED. I prefer setting Boost_USE_MULTITHREADED,
this way I don't have to deal with double negations (like, I don't want
a non-multithreaded boost == I want a multithreaded boost).
