[CMake] preprocessor def

Thanks everyone.  Both of these work.

1) ADD_DEFINITIONS(-DUSE_GLEW)
2)
SET_TARGET_PROPERTIES(rtf PROPERTIES
LINKER_LANGUAGE CXX
COMPILE_FLAGS "-DUSE_GLEW"
)
