[CMake] EXECUTE_PROCESS run

Hi,
I use EXECUTE_PROCESS to retreive the subverison version number. But it is
only updated when I run cmake.
I'd like to have the EXECUTE_PROCESS command run all the time like with
ADD_CUSTOM_TARGET with option ALL.
Is it possible?
