[CMake] problems with the bugtracking system

I'm not sure if anyone has come across this but at one point I was
logging in with what I thought my password was and it wasn't giving an
authentication error or providing the links to my Personal Page and for
logging out.   I wasn't exactly sure if I was logged in or not.

Nevermind, it's working now.  Password reset emails might be on a
10-minute delay because I got two responses 10 minutes apart.
