[CMake] Linking Behavior of Static Libraries on Windows

What do you mean by LINK_DIRECTORIES is deprecated ?

As far as I know, in the documentation of this command it is not 
mentioned it is deprecated.
Should I use another command instead of LINK_DIRECTORIES ?
